Morning Jojo your poor feet! I don't know what else to suggest really - when do you next see your rheumatologist? I think they need to know perhaps your meds need adjusting or they might refer you to podiatry for insoles? So glad you are still thoroughly enjoying your holiday in spite of it ((())) xxx

Glad to hear you survived the vegan sausage and hope your Mum's stomach is ok? There is no-one like your Mum is miss mine every day and she died 18 years ago this summer. I'm so glad for you both that you are so close🤗

I must say that little girl was rather cheeky. No-one but no-one eats bananas? I certainly do they are really good for us! Honestly children these days, but if she's been to physio maybe she has a health issue and has been a tad indulged?🤔

Morning Toady have the 'men' gone? Sleek says they have. I hope she's right? ATM she is in a really good spot for catching for the V.E.T. on the ottoman in our bedroom so fingers crossed she stays there. All exits to the building are blocked. I wrote my easter cards. All except one because I can't remember who it should be for….. Hopefully it will come to me in time.

Elfie is trying to get himself a work shirt like Paul's. Not easy he is roughly premature baby size and they tend to be mainly babygros. I suggested he let Sleek shop she's really good at spending.

We had a slight frost this morning but the sun is out now and the wind seems to have dropped so maybe a good day😊 Elfie's seedlings are doing well thanks.

hey Toady, I am with you there, I gave up wearing a watch in my 20’s, in an effort to feel less stressed. Kind of worked.

Toni, I was chatting to a mechanic friend of mine today who went to Gentlemen’s day at Goodwood recently. He was saying in one race there were 10 FORD GT40’s racing, average price £1.1M. 😳😳😳 and 2 of them crashed!!!!!! The drivers stood there laughing, different world, so much money behind the scenes.
I forced myself to ride my classic BMW race bike today, even so was so nervous riding it. Spares for repairs are very hard to find. I have a tiny bubble of corrosion on one of the cylinder head covers, I would normally rub it down and sort it, but they are magnesium and very hard to paint.

Ah the eternal hairgrip question bosh, yes, thanks for reminding me, maybe not 13 😬 I think I am actually down to my very last tiny hairgrip 😱 what do I do then, smelt them myself in some sort of underworld forge like one of those mythological blacksmiths that I can't remember any of 😂 ahem. I am having to make do with the one large grippy clamp option, hope you get the right number for yourself - variable I suppose dependent on circs - oh yes if only hair did sort itself out, I wish 🙄 I pass an HD sometimes with a sign that says 'good hair doesn't happen by accident', I always think hmm I have known people with enviable naturally nice hair but ofc that doesn't suit HDs agenda does it 🤫. Sorry that your autistic friend runs into problems online unintentionally, etiquette and anything to do with people really is quite enough of a minefield for anyone, so not the best place for him maybe but as you say it's not easy to instil that idea - sorry he doesn't get much support either from family 😔. How are you today?

Yes I do wear a watch with a plastic strap I wear it almost all the time but that’s partly as I need to make sure I don’t get up too early as it disturbs mum.
BR and LA will coming here with their parents on Sunday and kids will be staying over and leaving on Monday 😱

I’m trying to be organised Mima mother nature help me ha ha so I’ll just say quick his to everyone and then get on with the poem completion or at least a partial completion

but don’t worry I won’t start the poem and then disappear for five months come back. Ask for cups of tea and insist on payment in cash because I’m being a naughty tax - dodger ha ha okay bye for now

Without mentioning brand names of course, that jewellery and accessory shop that’s rhymes with “hot sauce in the Easter egg, what a surprise”

You know what I mean I’m sure haha, does actually sell little hairclips that look like shiny gold or shiny metal of some sort but are actually plastic and I’m not allergic to them,That’s all I can vouch for

But I like them although With my style of hair, I find them a bit too small really only just for ornamental purposes on the front or side perhaps but maybe that could help you? I don’t know just a suggestion really
The bipolar gent made a typo, bless him.
He meant that he was on antidepressants not antibiotics which are making him feel low which makes a lot more sense.

I’m not sure why he’s on antidepressants though I would’ve thought that wouldn’t be something that goes well with bipolar meds although I am, of course, no expert

Today, I actually managed to get up earlier than normal and I won the thermostat wars for the first half of the day. Mum allowed that luckily, which made really a great difference to me

So I had time to put all the clips in my hair I’ll say it was about 13 today

but that was very good Going for me.
No panicking and readjusting clips on the pavement in a bit of a batty manner haha
I did plan to do get some jobs done around this time but I’m getting a bit hackered or whatever the phrase is haha

Yes the Messerschmidt is beautiful and definitely has a face just needs a sweet little smile. It was in teh auction no reserve but they are rare so wouldn't be cheap.

I'm glad you wear a watch too I do use mine, but also check the time on my phone at other times.

The poem nice and promptly cleared I must say. It's very good you got everything in there from the nasties in the environment to the nasties in society all barred and kept out from under the safety of your hat. BUT most importantly it's also a safe zone for the boys😊

Did some potting on yesterday but still my results have been very poor so far this year. So have the Church warden's though and she normally does really well. Can't win 'em all can we?

Morning all 🌞 got some better sleep thankfully although the heavy rain was a bit annoying at times. It's tailing off fairly soon now though, it says 👍.

Yes more people in this week frog 😣 not days & days' worth, well I hope 😬. Not huge jobs, not having an extension built or anything, these recent jobs are in the spirit of achieving a decent bit of free time by bunching a few in together - hardly ever works out like that but I live in hope 😄. Nothing today, anyway, I look forward to seeing Sleek for tea and a nice little plateful of tempting & fattening buns 👍. Hope she is ok. We do like the pjs, they have pockets too 😀. I did buy a few little things at Piddle just some cheap gardening bits like string, my only plant lapse was an iris that I have a good spot for. I will post you some seedlings later; few too many seed trays & potted-on plants indoors in windowsills etc now so am at the 'please go outside soon' stage 😂. Mostly duplicates etc, toms & odds & ends, not an impressive new selection of successes or anything, some still refusing to oblige - sorry you and the churchwarden have had troubles with yours 🤔. Will get out & have a look round outside today, weather permitting, hope it's not bad for you either and for walks etc. I do like your/Elfie's hat, but passport Elfie?! where are you going, not going for some winter sun without us, are you? 🙁. Morning Joan hope no problems getting in today and you have a nice Good Friday, is much closed, shops banks etc? Doesn't seem to be 🤔. Yes birds will take eggshells won't they I think, to replace calcium the mother birds, though that's usually after nesting I think but maybe before too, they know what they need don't they. Hope you do get nesting pairs, Mrs B is busy 🐦👍. The workman was quite quick thank you, including going to get some necessary bits, the next lot will be here longer 😣 but after that touch wood I'm not looking anything else in.
