Hi all 👋 lovely day 🌞 well until it just went overcast a few mins ago, but still very nice & much appreciated.

Glad to hear Paul is doing ok frog 👍️ if the danger is over so to speak then Elfie can indeed return to the fold 😊 a perfect guest (there was dancing, yes 😄 what a neat packer he is btw, an exemplary overnight bag!) and like Sleek, assures me he will be discretion itself as to all the bits of my house that are untidy 😄. Although much fewer than usual, after all the recent reluctant clearing of the decks. Really must keep tidy after this so I'll be better placed in future, even if not 'the' Swedish clean, maybe at least the Morbid Midlands clean? Slightly less drastic? 🤔😄. I hope you got in the garden today and not just housework, I have myself, for a nice little spell 😊 and I couldn't have arranged a better week of weather coming up could I, to have to myself 👍️. Yes very glad everyone has departed, I have decided to try and have an in lieu of Easter 'holiday' week, & not take anything on if poss. Hope everyone else well and you get some nice walks in etc yourself, I did go for one yesterday. Have a good Sunday 😊 xx

Hello Joan, hope you are having a good day - I have got some washing out, very nice week for that hopefully 😊. Robin is singing up in the tree as I am writing this. Yes I am very pleased to have no-one coming now and also it is a few things off 'the list' that I don't have to worry about another time 👍️. How is Charlie getting along? Have a good Sunday and love to Pepper. I will be having shopping tomorrow. I read this week that chocolate digestives were originally intended to be served & eaten with the chocolate underneath, for the life of me I can't see what difference that makes 😮. xx

Hi bosh, sorry about the stomach hope you have felt better as the day goes on. Your insect bite has not come up to a nasty bump I hope or acquired a friend 😱 (loved that scream cabbage btw!). Yes what bitey insects are around at the moment 🤔, you'd think I would have got some from the garden, they are biding their time probably I usually do. Sorry you haven't had a walk today. Hope everyone is ok and there are no custard-less littleys 🤞. Just re-reading last poem, like Toni I love the title, and I liked the first line a lot 'I am my own border', that's a super piece of writing 😊. I am not doing much today planning a quiet day tomorrow too I hope 👍️. Take care :) xx

Thanks again SK, via Loanda, for the plant info, just couldn't place it. I'm sure they are on my 'have tried but failed at' list but I'm quite likely thinking of something else - I don't have any, anyway. Will make mental note 👍️. How lovely to go to the donkeys Jojo 😀 one of the sanctuaries, I get their newsletter etc send a little at xmas, I love them and wish there was a nearer place. Yes MV has cooled down thankfully

My cold isn’t too bad thanks for asking

But my stomach was really ookey in the morning

I also felt weak and slept a lot, but the sleep somehow didn’t feel satisfying, I felt weak for a long time basically

I think i ate something ookey yesterday when I was hungry and before the al fresco shopping arrived

Good that you’re being careful even though P has recovered 👍

And of course great that L didn’t catch it

BR will be leaving nursery soon as he is a very old boy of almost 5 and he’s learning this song “ this is graduation day, hip hip hooray” I have heard an extract of this special ballad and thankfully I must report that it is in no way as annoying as “fruit salad, Yummy yummy” thank Mother Nature

LA Has told his granny that poor innocent BR does not have the right table manners to be a schoolboy because he drank some squash and then did a little burp. Oh dear me, that seems a bit strict in my eyes, and after all if he eats enough fruit salad which looks very delicious by the way, Thank you Toni, Then the authorities will allow slight slips in etiquette and also because We are all in fear of BR flattening us 😂

it was a very ookey morning really with the fatigue related to the stomach and the stomach Problem itself

I only really started feeling better around 6:30 in the evening.
I ate considerably less than usual but that won’t kill me ha ha

it’s not really a very bumpy insect bite, bit more rash like but from the itchiness I know it’s a bite and Sudocr*m helped thanks for asking

It hasn’t doubled in size or something like you implied thank mother nature

Yes the biting insects are definitely a plague as it were at this time of year I agree

I think possibly the problem was that I walked on the pavement That’s near the football field or mini football field Really, to avoid bumping into dogs and annoying people ha ha

sometimes has to be done but I think that’s maybe why the insects were having a party or getting their hair cut and conditioned at the insect HD or that kind of thing

oh well I have survived the experience Thanks

Yes a bit annoying that I couldn’t walk today but hopefully I can walk as normal tomorrow just as long as the whole street isn’t swimming in custard or something which may be a possibility if LA gets angry enough oh dear
