Night all - such a nice day, for those who like it. Just blew up a little wind later and a drop of rain that's all.

I have been good frog just making the most of it and chilling out apart from a few chores, it was a gift for washing and bed changing etc so did that early on and not much else. The bedding may not have been ironed but that's to get the fashionable washed linen look, well so Sleek assured me 😉. I hope she has been resting too 👍️ (Elfie's never 'flag' do they, it's just not an elf thing, well unless they have a cold). Glad you had a lovely day, with virtual kitty cake 😘🍰 (Sleek dropped a discreet word yes but rather late, it was one of those airy oh didn't I mention? sort of things) - so belated Happy Wednesday and shall we just wrinkle ever so slightly, fashionably like the linen, rather than shrivel like the seedlings 🤭. Hope everyone well - only had a tiny potter outdoors, no rain forecast here so watering duty, no sign of insect life much but ants everywhere I wanted to dog - little golden ones, possibly yellow meadow ant? "familiar to us as the common ant that creates anthills in grassland and downland habitats, but also appears in our gardens if the grass is not cut too often". Yep probably them 😄. Joan hope your appointment goes well, also not too much waiting etc 🤞 not as hot as today they reckon about 20-21 - they seem to have changed their minds about rain here for now 🤷‍♀️. Night bosh hope your night is not too bad, yes it does say less heat and then going down steadily after that hope it's better for you. Don;t mind the lower temps next week but not too much wind I hope, you get used to it when it's nice and still and quiet again. Off to bed myself I have not done much. Morning Keef how are you today? I do hope not too bad. Sounds like your condition is proper flaring ATM. I don't know whether you can get used to MTX but often the does needs to be increased until it maintains things. Anything up to 25mg is not unusual on here. Thing is your flares are very frequent so things aren't right yet I think.

As for honey 🍯 it tastes yum! I just don't eat it being vegan. I can get a vegan honey though and have it in my own homemade hot lemon when I get a cold.

Morning Toady make the most of today someone told me it's raining tomorrow…..might be able to step down from watering duty soon.

Sleek was excited about my birthday but she soon forgets that's the issue. I am more than happy to wrinkle like the linen no botox (except in my jaw please) here. Happy to get older (maybe not wiser) rather than the alternative.

Elves do just keep on going they hate having colds and make quite a fuss to be honest but it is often 2 days max before they are bouncing around as usual.

Hi toady I'm sorry about yesterday just the pain got me down a bit I'm using the pain relief gel for now for the pain it seems easier to walk on now and I think the hot bath yesterday morning helped me. I'm going to enjoy a day out with the kids we going to an indoor play area so just resting for me my kids are on teacher training day today. I hope you are well and I hope you have a great day.
