Yes I had some nice solitude thanks I had a shower ate some naughty sugary food and watched some rubbish about a stereotypical skinny pizza eating enthusiast and her perfect kids who never have tantrums or do the ironing with their brothers (alternative way of describing “flattening” haha) - it was nice to “veg” as they say.

Just to mention Joan my RA hand symptoms were the knuckles at the base of your fingers, I think that's more the classic RA ones mine were warm/pink/swollen etc, the others were stiff rather than knobbly. Your GP must have his reasons for wanting tests etc though 🤔. I hope Pepper is ok let us know how he is, so sorry, it never rains but it pours does it 😟. I don't have any workmen planned at all at the moment thank you 👍️. Take care will be in tomorrow 😘

I did an oil/filter change on the other Beemer yesterday when I got in and engine was still warm. I said i wasn’t doing anymore maintenance myself, but thought it couldn’t hurt, hands and back really sore today. ☹️

and I forgot sunscreen on my hands yesterday and they burnt.

Hi all 👋 distinctly chilly here, 13 degrees 😮 can quite believe there was the odd frost. Hope everyone is having as good a day as poss.

It was quite a late brunch frog, thought I had better wash my hair 😱 one nasty job off the list. I have had worse phone calls than last night's but yes I get to the point where I am glazing over (not the caller's fault just concentration), it wasn't very interesting for a small cat that's for sure nowhere near gossipy enough 😉😂. I was very glad of the helping paw and the tea 👍️. Hope you had a good day yourself yesterday, how was the book sale? 😊. Not much doing with me today, I do have a nosegay parcel but thanks to the bank hol I don't have to pack it yet - that's the best I can say for bank hols, can't stand 'em. Have you any plans? Hope dear Elfie's seedlings are hardening off a treat 😀 glad your lupins are tough, I have one that just goes limp if you turn your back but that's in a pot waiting to go out (a self sown I dug up from the drive). Just coming into flower, I'm hoping for blue so presumably will be pink 😄. I've read back and I wasn't sure what our new cafe sideline is sorry, is it the cheese rehab moolah-making scheme? Hello Joan, what is Pepper's treatment if any? looking on the internet it can go away on its own? Hope it isn't making him feel too glum. Bank holiday tomorrow so no post etc, it's all quiet here today I thought there would be more lawn mowing than there has. Thanks Stuart I will keep an eye for frost reports, it is much cooler for sure. My cold frame is not out at the mo so I would bring things in if in doubt, there is not much out in the ground that is tender. Hope your aches have eased off a bit, love to the cats, and hope your Mum is well xx

I hope you can stay away from the park and have an hour to yourself. Perhaps Big Bear will go with your Mum for support and leave you in peace.

Nothing new on at the cinema for the littleys to watch that's a blessing and I hope the gastric Gods have also been kind. Hopefully the meal out (not nuggets) will be reasonably healthy for you.

She is quite keen to get the nosegay parcel wrapped today you know how she enjoys boxes and packaging as well as tape.

Yes we are doing cheese rehab so far our only victim - er patient has been BIL who is set to be released - er cured later today. Saving Moolah for the café trip later this year.

Oh all my lupins are boring pink too what can you say?🙄 hopefully yours will survive and maybe just maybe be blue🤞

Temps are definitely down for sure, but all may yet be well.

Oh sorry nearly forgot sis and I took about 8 books and bought about 15😳🤣
