Stuart (()) I had acupuncture for a pain in my hip I had it twice I didn’t find it helped a lot. You never know it could help you you will wonder if you don’t have it. Love to your mum (())

I'm so pleased you had a good ride skinny keef it's so nice when you can do what you enjoy doing. I'm feeling good this morning and even done some housework and I actually slept well for the first time in ages. I hope your day today is going well for you.

hey everyone. I am bit of a grump this evening so i’ve done dinner and left my 2 to it as I don't want to be grumpy around them. Stupid pain levels are up no doubt because i did another oil change on the old Beemer GS. I had done one but noticed the camchains were running really tight due to high oil pressure and when I checked they’d changed the oil formulation so I’ve gone for a different brand that I use in the KTM. Oil is so expensive as well. So now I am paying the pain price too from laying on ground doing filter and sump plugs , but it’s all torqued up right and I didn’t have to pay someone else to do it 😁smug smiley. Oil looks like it’s outta Wicked! Though.

Never had green oil before.

Hey Toady, thanks, I am still smiling about sorting the HP, I am so glad it’s ready to ride now and not another source of pain. The suspension is so complicated i am not sure I would have sorted it on my own. I should really join their forum and post a thank you.

Hey Toni, have you been out in Pen in this lovely sunshine today? Roof down? I have definitely got into the habit of waving to sporty/classic convertibles when I am out riding 90% wave back or toot. I think it definitely promotes bikers rather than giving us a worse reputation.

Oh AND i remembered my sunscreen today.

Anyone i left outi’m sorry, not done on purpose. That's all i can type now really need to lay on my side as pain is unbearable.
