    Good morning everyone

    Toady (()) have a good day with your friend. Someone threw a brick through B bank big window I think they will get more than money if they are caught that’s the second time.
    Toni (()) have a good day we have rain this afternoon and tomorrow. Show did the vet take Sleeke’s blood pressure. Yes thank you pepper is well he’s finish is tablets.
    Stuart (()) I had acupuncture for a pain in my hip I had it twice I didn’t find it helped a lot. You never know it could help you you will wonder if you don’t have it. Love to your mum (())

    morning everyone.
    Beemer race bike is sorted. I found a thread on another forum relating to exactly my bike and how to set the suspension for Skinnies and tried the settings expecting it to be interweb rubbish but it worked and I had a fantastic ride around my favourite back lanes yesterday evening with the bikes actually floating over the bumps like it should rather than bashing my spine about, I had THE biggest smile on my face as I was thinking I would have to sell it if I couldn’t manage to sort it.

    I'm so pleased you had a good ride skinny keef it's so nice when you can do what you enjoy doing. I'm feeling good this morning and even done some housework and I actually slept well for the first time in ages. I hope your day today is going well for you.

    Hi frogmorton I'm good today thanks slept well last night and no pain today for once so been doing some housework that I didn't get round to doing though the week. Then going to my mams house later with the kids and husband. I hope you are well and I hope you are having a good day today.

    LA was jealous of BR during their brief holiday here in tropical Reading so this inspired the following poem,thanks,
    Vc poem called “BR is not a good boy” or “I never wanted a little brother, I just wanted another cobra vampire nurse hybrid toy”

    Yes BR never watches tv when it’s ablutions -time
    But does he know that lemonade is made with sugar and lemons, not lime?
    Does he know that I’ve been ordering cheese sandwiches from granny since when he was still in the skies?
    Does he how to order takeaway chicken nuggets and fries?
    Does he fully realise that daddy likes coffee and mima likes tea?
    And does he understand that I am the senior brother in the whole family?
    In fact they call me LA the Abbot of the most senior designation
    I need to stop mere postulant BR from getting ideas above his station

    hey everyone. I am bit of a grump this evening so i’ve done dinner and left my 2 to it as I don't want to be grumpy around them. Stupid pain levels are up no doubt because i did another oil change on the old Beemer GS. I had done one but noticed the camchains were running really tight due to high oil pressure and when I checked they’d changed the oil formulation so I’ve gone for a different brand that I use in the KTM. Oil is so expensive as well. So now I am paying the pain price too from laying on ground doing filter and sump plugs , but it’s all torqued up right and I didn’t have to pay someone else to do it 😁smug smiley. Oil looks like it’s outta Wicked! Though.

    Hey Toady, thanks, I am still smiling about sorting the HP, I am so glad it’s ready to ride now and not another source of pain. The suspension is so complicated i am not sure I would have sorted it on my own. I should really join their forum and post a thank you.

    Hey Toni, have you been out in Pen in this lovely sunshine today? Roof down? I have definitely got into the habit of waving to sporty/classic convertibles when I am out riding 90% wave back or toot. I think it definitely promotes bikers rather than giving us a worse reputation.

    Oh AND i remembered my sunscreen today.

    Anyone i left outi’m sorry, not done on purpose. That's all i can type now really need to lay on my side as pain is unbearable.

    I'm so sorry to hear that skinny keef I really hope your pain levels come down for you I dread to think how different I might be tomorrow with way to much energy today especially with work tomorrow. But we will see tomorrow and deal with what ever life throws at us. Take care tomorrow is a new day.

    Night all 😴

    Quite a long day for me got in around 8pm but yes I had a nice time thanks all (what passes for a nice time for me these days 😬 it's a funny old thing socialising compared to what it was once, but as good as it gets 👍️). It was a one large hairclip 2 mini grips day if you are keeping track bosh 😂 and yes in the end a totally different shirt as predicted, Netfl*x can help themselves to that plot line with my blessing. Proper poem comment tomorrow but I just wanted to say that when I read the bit about abbots and postulants I did think, well the new Pope has two older brothers, just imagine!! 😬. Sleep well have a good Sunday 👋 xx
