Sunflower lanyard

Hi, has anyone travelled using a sunflower lanyard, and is it recognised abroad? I'm travelling to Portugal (Faro airport). Does anyone also know where I can obtain an ID card for the lanyard stating I have arthritis and may need extra help/time. Thanks in advance

    Here is the Sunflowers website https://hdsunflower.com/ , there is a list of countries where there is a 'sunflowers' presence if you scroll down. I couldn't see Portugal in the list. If you look at the top of the page there's a list of supported disabilities, I couldn't see arthritis in the list. Perhaps you could contact the scheme directly for more help/information. I saw there was a 'contact us' widget in the top right hand corner of the page.

    Yes, it’s recognized in many places, including some airports in Portugal.
