Hey Toady, Niff is a lot better thanks. Sucré and I spoke to her on the fone earlier. She is planning a picnic for us tomorrow as her flat is between tenants and she wants to check it out so she is taking an indoor picnic for us to meet her. Sucré loves a picnic anywhere.

Fence all done all 16 panels. All feet, arms, wrists, shoulders throbbing. Going to put feet in bath soak.

I did my neck exercises doc gave me to combat the migraines as they caused by the arthritis in my neck pushing on my nerves, at least he thinks they are and they actually worked, to a point so we went for picnic in any case. I obvs went on bike and met them, although we went to park as it was so lovely rather than stay in the flat, which is only a short walk, and even shorter ride for me, although the flat is a nice ride away from mine, pauses for breath………….

So we had a nice time and there is a MASSIVE sand play area that Sucré absolutely loves, and we all hate lol, so he was in his element.

I stayed as long as I could tolerate sitting around on the picnic blanket and then went for a ride.

The dog had an artistic tantrum when wearing an old straw hat, no pretentious artist’s old uni scarf was mentioned

Well done getting all those panels done all 15 of them what a garden you must have! We have an area of greenbelt land bought by the previous owners which we can't plant on or build on. Morning Skinny Keef well well done you! Getting out on the bike are fixing that neck migraine enough to actually join the family at the park! I am so pleased. This is what I mean you are just so positive now a year ago you'd have given up now you are determined. She has some jammie dodgers in the rucksack ready and intends to fetch a posh coffee as a treat en route. Elfie has more or less stopped fussing over 'his' cat.

Thanks for the coffee and walnut cake lovely and the hugs. All is well I am still prone to welling up over the diagnosis, but let's see how the treatment goes things are better than 16 years ago when I lots Eric to the same disease.

Hi all 👋 pleasant sunny day here slept ok so feel a bit more human 😬

Sleek and I have had a nice quiet day frog thank you, in fact I got a little kindly (but firm) lecture about doing too much, quite right too. She is very good in that department for instance she tells me off for painting the garden bench in my good clothes 😬. It was a lovely posh coffee a very kind thought for a Sunday treat 😊. Jammie dodgers left over for later teabreak too. I did a little zen weeding out the front this morning and then we had a nice salady lunch with actual radishes 👍️ the purple sort in pic is 'malaga violet'. I will be having an afternoon rest and may get out a little later on too. Glad Elfie is being brave and positive, it does take some doing 😞 so well done little elf 😘 (how are his seedlings btw?). So pleased you can hopefully pick up the medication tomorrow fingers crossed for an optimistic picture and I'm glad you have a lovely vet. Sorry I didn't know about Barbara's birthday I think of her very often as do all we long term posters. No more news here, the lupin is now going a very definite purple - the white allium were 'Cowanii' by the way, yes there was no wind for those pics they were taken the night before, when it had dropped. The sun is too much in the day for good photos in that corner, everything bleaches out. Take care love to all 😘 xx

Hello Joan, yes that's interesting about the bloods I don't know what they ever say about mine unless there is anything they want to pick up on. I suppose it sounds like a good thing? 🤔 hope they go ok tomorrow. All my parcels have been fine lately in fact all the ones sent by RM tracked 48 are getting there next day! 😮 I've heard it said that they are getting less parcels since the websites people sell on brought in new postal system which encourages people to use a certain other courier instead - not sure how true that is but the courier is apparently a bit swamped so may be right. Hi Toady, I absolutely hate sand. Even when I surfed I hated sand and would only surf at the sandy beach as a last resort if there were no waves at the rocky ones. It gets everywhere including in the car. Last time we even stripped Sucré off by the car, washed him down with some warm water from a 5 litre container and gave him fresh clothes and we STILL ended up with sand in the car. If I didn’t have a bike and the car was mine I would ban him from all sandy parks lol.

I had a ride out on the KTM to see mum. Met up with my two there. Mum was absolutely sound asleep, and I didn’t wake her as the staff said she had a busy few days. I sat in their lovely gardens and had a coffee from their very posh coffee maker then rode home the long way. A nice morning but roads very busy, which is why I went the back way home, much quieter.

Took Sucré to park so he could ride his bike. He managed to pedal for first time today. Was gonna post vid but it won’t let me.
