Saying Hello

Just joined and wanted to say "Hello 🤗"

Diagnosed with Cervical Spondylosis, Plantar Fasciitis, Fibromyalgia, OA in the AC joint in my Shoulder and more recently Severe OA in both hips. Have sore knees, ankles, hands and elbows too with nothing diagnosed with them (yet!)

Anyway, gentle hugs to all that are suffering 🤗
