Hi all 😊 making progress of a sort, now I have a nosegay parcel to fit in as well 😬. I was up in the early hours for the milk delivery and had a cup of tea then, I nearly came in and left one for anyone else awake or those in peril on the sea etc etc but thought I'd better try and get back off to sleep if poss.

Oh frog can I pleeease borrow Elfie for help with banking and accounts etc, I'm not kidding it took 2 laptops 3 different mobiles (and realising my card on file with them had expired) to book my catsi last night 😣. Long enough to walk the actual distance 2 or 3 times. I don't know how a list writer and note maker like myself even gets in these positions 🤷‍♀️. I'm glad he found occupation while gardening was off for a while 👍️ yes I see the grasshoppers, they are little brown ones about half an inch, I assume they aren't just young ones I never see any larger 🤔 should try and find out, or get a pic but that might not be easy! Talking of easy, oh frog those cat meds look daunting 😟 do hope you find a workable method! 🤞 whole, gosh no I should think not. What did you think of my cat soup idea (thinking of diet in general), is there a suitable type I wonder or maybe they are too fishy or meaty by definition. Cat treats here will continue as normal 😽 have a good evening, dry here tomorrow rain after it says, hope they stick to it. Love to all 😘 xx

Hello Joan, glad you don't have far to go for your appointments. Yes I had thunder and rain yesterday and no mistake 😮 it was relatively brief but it went very humid & nasty like it does, 'turn the milk weather' as they used to say. I was very lucky it kept fine today, and I dropped all my charity things off. Good job I'd already decided which shop, the other one I go to has gone, I didn't know. Friday tomorrow already, have a good day 😘 xx

Hi bosh, how many days of littleys, how many??!! Ooer 😬😮😱 triple ook indeed. Good luck for tomorrow & the whole thing, and your mum too 🤞. Thanks for the late night post yesterday I was up a bit late too but didn't dare go online again, though in the end I didn't sleep uninterruptedly anyway and had to go down for the milk and to drag a bag of compost over the doorstep in the early hours 😄 (handy that they bring it actually! and there was money off 👍️). It was definitely cooler, and today. am almost sorted for paperwork thank you but my organization skills seem to get no better; I think of myself as v on top of things but apparently this is 'fake news' 😬. Love the dishwashing gargoyle 🤩 yes that's the face especially as I have no dishwasher and have to do all my own colanders and wooden spoons 😂, oh if only I had the nerve 😂 when's the best time for a practice do you suppose? Sorry about nasty M, poor nice T - always uncomfortable being witness to that sort of thing, too 😞. Have a good evening as poss bye for now :) xx

Hope you are doing ok with the gently does it & cautious eating tactic Keef, Take care & hope family ok too :) xx

Poor you Stuart, pain is never fun but knee pain is a very particular sort of ow isn't it 😱 hope your day has been not too bad 🤞 xx

Take care Jojo hope things have gone ok for you this afternoon, you've had some peace & quiet etc and your anxiety settles over the next few days 🤞 xx

Wave to Carol, take care all xx

i had some earl grey tea at lunch time, think thats wot finally got the last bit of inflam headache to go.

Had a ride out on the KTM to get Sucré from skool, Anda drove him home but I was there to actually pick him up from class. He loves it when i turn up on bike coz all his friends go wow Sucré dad is so cool lol. I’m not really, I’m just old and stupid but I like the idea of being cool lol.

Hey Jojo, took me ages to ‘allow’ myself to listen to my body and take an hour out during the day time. It’s nothing to be ashamed of, I do it most days now, certainly every afternoon so far this week I have slept and rested for an hour or more.

thanks Toady, it’s my own fault, I try sometimes to reintroduce food that doesn’t agree with me, but it never works. I should learn lol

Hi skinny keef I'm pleased you managed to get rid of your migraine and you got to pick your lad up from school. I normally do there and back to school but I reliesed how tired I was.

    Hi all

what a hell of a week since last Saturday. I’ve fallen twice mR T I’ll give him his correct name tonight It’s Les. On Saturday as I was going to bed, and I found myself sitting on the bed room floor. Les tried to get me up and just didn’t have the strength so called an ambulance.I had to wait for an hour. Ambulance crew were great and got me up. So late to bed. Then again on Monday I fell in my hall again didn’t hurt myself Les again tried again tried to get me up no success. So called youngest daughter and she came and between both of them I got up. Now I have a urine infection but because I have not been able to get a urine sample I have been on the phone all day trying to get antibiotics. Also have had British Gas here to repair our cooker. It almost feels like covid isolation again but without the time to do anything like chat to friends online and of course speak with friends in the cafe so now getting highly sick of it all. Les has been An absolute Angel this last week.

    LoVe Carol …

    Stay positive always👍xx

Never learning, well we all do it Keef, the only thing you can say is knowing what to avoid is an improvement on guessing, I used to get really annoyed at myself for going round in circles blaming this or that for certain symptoms because you feel a right fool if you're miles off 🙄. Another vote for the afternoon rest 👍️ whatever works and keeps cool Dad on the road 😁 xx

Carol 😟 what a nasty old time you've been having, so sorry. Is the water infection 'chicken & egg' do you think, making you a little unsteady maybe 🤔 either way hope you can get that sorted soon. British Gas as well, oh just what you want 🙄. Of course you will be fed up do hope things pickup soon for you both. xx

Hi Jojo I was just saying to Keef that I agree as well when it comes to rests it does pay off to just go with it sometimes, it's like a stitch in time sort of thing for me. Hope you sleep ok :) xx

    Night all 😘 xx

    hi toady

    How are you tonight?

I’m sure you had a much more productive day than I did

the most productive thing I managed today was watching Dr chew. It wasn’t as good as the sinister episode, but still more comfortable to watch because the sinister nature of the previous episode, well it wasn’t horror by any means, but “too on the horror side”

as it were for me to feel comfortable.

5 days of littleys - I’ve managed to find out that it’s because one of my sisters friends is getting married in Greece, so she and Bill are spending five days there.

the house is full of cheese, toady oh my goodness blocks of cheese, grated cheese, All the varieties of cheese a mouse could wish for or LA of course mind you, I don’t think I’ve seen sliced cheese and that his “go to cheese” as they say haha

mum said there will be a cinema trip at one point during their visit, so I will have to pray to the gastric gods again and if you were to pray for me I would very much appreciate it too please.

Dragging bags of compost in the early hours? It sounds funny, but I hope you’re okay, please Be careful with heavy loads of things you don’t want to hurt your back or your legs
Some blinds have been installed in my room. Mum’s idea and it is helping with the heat. Obviously it doesn’t make it completely go away but it’s become more like a normal room temperature - wise at the moment at least so that was a good one. Mum is a wise lady.

But unfortunately I am slightly worried about mums mood for the next five days, to say the leas, but at least we’re not entertaining bill for five days. Can you imagine that? we would have hot sauce on our blearios, chillis in the porridge, antacids for snacks my goodness i’m feeling queasy just at the thought of it ha ha
I watched a little bit of therapeutic low stimulus blue carb and mustard.
The dog painted the chair the colour of cheese but he could not paint his friend properly. The style was okay, but not one that Picasso would approve of or something like that, but it beats what I would paint at least, I’m not saying I got a minus percentage in my school art exam but not far off haha

Have a good night toady, I’ll try and disappear before I face - plant tc xx
👋good night Joan Jojo Toni SK and S knee tc x

ps don’t know if this is one of Riley’s younger siblings but it could well be😂xx

Night bosh 👋 gastric god prayers have been duly sorted, priority booking so will be in place well in advance 👍️. Yes I can imagine the amounts of cheese involved at the moment, hmm no sliced though, well at least sliced is streamlined and can be fitted in somewhere I expect if there is even a crevice of houseroom and mouseroom left 😁. I feel I have seen quite a few cheese recall notices lately so even if it's a bit doom-mongering it might be worth a look over what's on the list just in case? I do hope your mum will cope ok with everything I know there is only so much you can do to curb her doing too much so fingers crossed all round and for you too. I'm fine from the compost moving thank you I have my techniques and no actual lifting at any point, it's just a bit of leverage over the doorstep then it's plain sailing, slide along the hall. Not a ton weight anyway just a modest little growbag type 😊. I have to go out tomorrow afternoon then I should get a bit of weekend tv and do not much time, yes I know exactly what you mean about things a bit 'too on the horror side' I just steer clear if in doubt. I must actually try & see a bit of 'bluecarb' myself now I think seeing as you are making it sound appealing 😄 art exams though, ooh now there's a flashback 😬. Have a good night the blinds are a great idea! 😊 are they up & down or vertical slats type of thing? Hope they're helpful :) xx
