Advice needed
Hello all, I have just been diagnosed with arthritis of the left knee. I love to walk and fear it will be the end. I see all the adverts for creams/supplements/braces. Do any of those work and are worth buying?

Hi @lovetowalk and welcome to our friendly online community.
Sorry to hear you have been diagnosed with arthritis. Are you being started on any medication? A knee support might help with walking. Here's an article on arthritis of the knee, hopefully, you find it useful.

Hello @lovetowalk good to hear to have medication, is the Naproxen prescribed? Make sure you follow instructions as it can upset stomachs.
