Hi everyone !

Been along time!!

Just received and email inviting me to a new community is this one going to still be active ?
why is there a new community is it connected to this one ?
Any help to enlighten me will help

    Hello @Hairobsessed123 you have received an invite to our new community as this one will be closing on 15th Sept. We have changed platforms to make improvements to the services we offer and we hope you will join and like the new one.

    Couple of quick questions, will the entire past posts of this forum be lost? Also I did suggest elsewhere that might it be an idea to repost the info about only having til the 15th to delete your account or be migrated into the New Community section, which is where I would have expected to find it. The 15th is not very long and I can't be the only one with a lapsed email address or who doesn't check in that often.

    For anyone else interested can you outline any of the new services more specifically, I have read the info so far about helping make meaningful connections etc but I'm not sure why that is difficult to do here now 🤔.

    Hi @toady we are moving to a new platform so that we can start to build specific communities, e.g. young adults, and also so that there will soon be coming an app you can download to a mobile/tablet. We also want to introduce on-line chat and hopefully expert drop-in sessions.

    The old posts will be migrated over after we have successfully migrated the members.

    Please bear with us whilst we migrate.

    The 15th was the latest date that we could keep the old community running until.

    Thanks! Will the current website auto redirect to the new platform, and presumably work with the same login?

    What is the new platform host name/url so i can pre-emptively put it into my smart phone for auto login?
