Hello, I’m newly diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. I’m 62 and the pathway to this has been 3yrs and 2nd opinions. Is it weird to be happy to be told there is actually something wrong with you? Even more intriguing is that the doc who saw me on listening to me said this had clearly been going on since at least my 20s,…
Hi Everyone, I am 37 and I have psoriatic arthritis. Only diagnosed November 2024 after 4 years of pain. I started methotrexate two days ago. First medication I tried I was allergic to it. I’ve stepped up the excercise routine to including some of the strengthening exercises, ones where you stand on your operated leg and are obviously putting…

What stage did people wait until going outside? I was figuring waiting until 8 weeks after operation, where risk of dislocation is lower. I've been out in the garden. How is it in places with lots of people ? How can I be safe and ensure I do not get knocked over or hurt ?
