Pain in more than one joint
Fed up today. When it hurts to walk, I am less motivated to do things. My knee had been the main issue but now my hip hurts too (both on the left). Back to physio in 12 days whilst I'm waiting for my orthopaedic appointment to come through!!

A rock and a hard place
I’ve recently started treatment (methotrexate) for PsA and I’m struggling… badly. I’ve had awful side effects and dropping out the anti inflammatories has had a monumentos impact on my physical abilities. I’ve not been at work for the past week following a trip to hospital and physically I know in reality I’m going to…

Ankle replacement and fusion.
Good Morning All , I have been suffering with both of my ankles for many years, due to playing sports ( quite a few years ago) and being a carpenter/joiner . After a few months of taking methotrexate and Lefluonmide, it feels like the pain and inflammation is getting under control. This morning though, he woke up in…

Hello, I have severe osteoarthritis in my left ankle, but can still walk 3 - 5 miles cross country and, more importantly, can cycle. I use my bicycle for getting around locally at home, and abroad in India. I have been given the option of bone fusion or ankle replacement, but I am worried about how either of these,…

Newbie saying G'day and after some advice/others experiences!
Hi guys, Firstly, thank you to this forum, as reading some stories and experiences has given me some most needed information and inspirations! Without rambling on, and sorry if I do, my basic story is that I'm an active 38 year old (running mostly) with two young sons (running after them too!), who just recently had an MRI…

Waiting for diagnosis
Hi, first time posting 👋 I am playing the waiting game - 3 week wait for xrays to come back on my knee. Dr seems to think arthritis and from what I have read it fits. I have had general weakness and occasional pain in my left knee for 25 years but a couple of weeks ago it suddenly got much worse - bone pain, weakness and…
