pain relief

Hello folks
I have a hip problem for which I take pain killers
I was wondering if anyone knew of a form of pain relief other than the prescribed pain killers(I do not mean illegal lol)
on searching the net
all you come across is offers of help
but when you click on the site you need to buy a bulk load of tablets from them
I'm thinking more in the line of herbal or natrual remedies
Im not looking for a mircal cure
although I will wont turn that down if you have one :)
just something to ease the sorenes

    Have you tried Glucosamine sulphate, rubbed on some capsaicin cream or ibuprofen gel?     thanks for the info
    I have never tried any of the things you list
    I would like more info yes
    I will try the help page out first
    and if I cant get my head around it I will PM the team thanks
    By the way ibuprofen I cant use
    As I am alergic would you believe
