Vegetarian Glucosamine

I went round to my GP last week as I was getting pains in my knee joints and he told me that it might be the start of arthritis.

As I cannot take the normal glucosamine, I was wondering if anyone has any views on the beneficial effect if any, of vegetarian glucosamine?

Hi, Nice to meet you! I've just asked my husband, a biochemist, and he said probably not. Its the shark fin that makes it work????
I've gone off it now! :o Hope oneday is right. :) Love Sue
