Hi everyone, shortly after finding this site I broke my distal fiblua which is a bone which joins onto the ankle, so I've been unable to get online due to crutches and plaster. It's heling well now and honestly has'nt been as painful as my Arthritis.
I wanted to know has anyone attended the workshops on Challenging Pain, run by Arthritis Care? I've found out so much from this web site, especially helpful to me is this living with arthritis forum where I read of so many folks in a similar boat to me or much worse off. I'm going to the workshops next monday am and the following monday I think. I was wondering what anyone who's been thinks of it.
bye for now

Hello and welcome back! Just to wish you well and a speedy recovery :) I haven't got the info you want, sorry. I'm sure someone will soon give you some answers. If you haven't already done it, ring the helpline team and they will send you the 'Challenging Pain' Leaflet. :) Take care. Love Sue

Thanks Sue, :) I do have leaflets and info which they sent out to me but it was just more of a personal aspect of the day I was wondering about. You know, what did folk actually think of the workshops and did they find them useful. I'm looking forward to going and if I'd not broken my leg I might have found it difficult to get the time off work. Funny way that things work out sometimes. :)
