Hello Tracey, Sorry to hear about your wrist. Have you had the Doc check it out? It could be that you've twisted it or something without remembering or maybe something else. I get wrist pain from my carpel tunnel syndrome. Sorry, I don't know about the operation you've had, but it could be some scaring or nerve involvment from that? Don''t let it carry on too long. Take care, love Sue0

Hi Tracey,
My wrists fused theirselves many years ago and they can still ache when I've overdone things with my hands and my arthritis is having a bad day, even though I have no movement in them at all. If the aches get too bad I just take paracetemol till they settle down again.
As Sue says you could always get your GP to take a look if you're worried.

Hi Tracey, I have to decide if I am to have my left wrist fused or not should have had an appointment next week but canceled it 3 weeks ago because I cant make a decision yet. I have been waiting on a diagnosie on my back/knees/ankles which I got yesterday. I have spondyloarthritis. I wondered if I have my wrist fused how will this affect me if I need sticks or crutches?
As for the pain in your wrist you may be able to speak to your consultants secretary they are usually very helpful and will probably leave a message for him with your concerns. Good luck
