Hi all,

well the appointment went ok , first the doctor asked hazel why she was sent to him ( I thought the gp wrote him a letter telling him )hazel was going to sleep sitting on the chair so I told him that the gp was worried as when her blood pressure is low she is getting high blood sugar readings , the gp tested her for diabeteis and said it was 5.0 so not diabetic but I want to find out why she was getting them readings .

he said oh right hazel what tablets you on she gave him a list so he took more bloods ( and she had just had some done earlyer) but he wanted more and x rayed her shoulders asked if she had a home help hazel said me ( he looked at me , hazel told him about my oa , he said right said see you in 5 months time . the thing is the doctor she was meant to see was 2 doors down , so this stand in went down to him to tell him all( why did he not see her himself he was not doing anything .

hazel goes to sleep while you talk to her, sleeps when eating her meals , hazels like a rag doll in the morning , thank that I have a wheelchair that I use to help hazel out of bed into , if I did not have that then we would need a home help.

hazel got an appointment yesterday to see her rhemy in October she is only on DHC painkiller 50m 2 a day she is going to ask him for to put her on more stonger ones . I am so pleased that she is getting this appointment :):):):):):):):):):):):):)

Hi Mike, Hazel & Mike Jnr.

Sounds like the appointment was a bit of a waste of time but let's hope that I'm wrong. I hope that once Hazel's bloods come through and the consultant looks at them he can come up with something that might help. I'm sure you are worried and that's not good for you.

Hope the appointment with her rheumy can give some answers or at least some meds that might help her more.

    Love

    Hi Mike and Hazel :):)

It is disappointing when appointments with the doctor do not go as expected especially when you know your own gp is down the corridor. Pity she did not see her own doctor. I am surprised that the gp could not look on the screen to see what meds Hazel was on. Oh well, let's hope it was all more productive than it appears to have been.

That is a long time for Hazel to wait for a rheumy appointment. Can't that be speeded up a little?

I hope Mike JR is ok.

Keep smiling - all of you.

    Luv

    Hi All,

well hazel saw her gp she seems to think that all pain is comin from the Fibromaglia , so has asked hazel to up the dose on the Roxbin ( muscle relaxition tablets) to 3 a day, she was takeing one just at night it was helping her relax enough to sleep, she gave her the cream, which my gp gave me, I used it on hazel and it helped her great its called Fenbid 5% Gel more sando - k.

I am getting a lot of pain in my riht hip now and an odd thing is my arm just at the foearm it swells up into a lump and is very sore but later it vanishes
