Have any of you tried this therapy? I would strongly recommend it if you have a centre near you. I live in Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk and if you want a whole hour pain and stress free its worth £33 of anyones money! The centre I go to also has facilities for people with disabilities, in fact the lady who runs its has just undergone hip replacement surgery.
This is the web address for the centre I go to

Hi, i tried floatation in water years ago, before back problems etc and it was very relaxing.
Recently i was somewhere where they had the same thing but dry flotation and the bed moves and its meant to be the same sensation but you dont get wet. As i lay on it and felt the base move i thought it might not support my back properly and i could have a problem so i got off it.0
