Hi all
Just a quickie. I need to take some time out as going through a flare that is going on and on and on!!! Trying to do the absolute minimum to see if I can get back to 'normal' again, but I didnt want you guys to think I suddenly stopped caring about you all. I do!
Have a clinic appointment due so hopefully be sorted out soon.
You all take care and dont get up to any mischief while i'm gone, except in rehabs bar of course. (my wellies are free of mud and waiting) Back ASAP
love Gillx 8) :P

    Dear Gill

It was good of you to let us know as we do worry about people who we get to know and who take part regularly and then they "disappear" for a time or for a very long time or do not return.

I sincerely hope that you feel better in every way soon. We will be here when you return. Vonski is also taking time out to re-charge her batteries and we look forward to hearing from you both in the near future.

    Luv and hugs
    Elna x

    Hi Gill,

You go easy for a while, and feel better soon. Maybe your appointment will help you to knock the flare back?

Take care and I hope you can just find time to relax and chill for a bit.

    Love

    Cris xx

    Hi Elna and Kath,

I hope you are both ok and take care. x

I am so wished, but had bit more energy today........ My wrists, hands and feet are all swollen and the rf was high end of normal yet I seem to have this and they had the audacity to wake me last night! :x  Still do either of you know what to eat to make up blood? Mine is still very watery and not real....... Give me a week and I shall be back to my normal slightly insane self....... I am going to look at posts now on swollen painful hands and wrists..... and how they can use a fence ponder!:wink:

    Luv Cris xx

Sorry to butt in folks but as regards your watery blood Cris - try any dark green vegetables, marmite, liver and red meat and your blood will be lovely thick and syrupy in no time - guaranteed.
