Hi everyone , its a lovely day well I had an appointment down at my local health centre about my diabetes, first nuse weighed me took blood pressure , then asked me to go out side and another nurse would call me . was called quick and all she did was ask questions and look at my right foot , then she said take a seat and the gp will see you gp called me , I sat down told her I was feeling awful at times its like my head is in a vice and the sweat is awful , ( hazel said it miht be the male menopause ) ( I dont belive there is one        ) any way the gp said you seem to be getting on top of your diabetes theonly thing is the cholestral ( sorry about the spelling) so on a tabelt for it she sid I would like to see you in 8 weeks . before I went I told her as I am on a new meter I need test strips and the Lancets , she wrote out perscription for them and tablets . so went to chemist and guess what she only gave me a scrip for test strips and tablet, so I went over to the desk and told the girl that the gp forgot to write me scrip out fot Lancets.
hour waiting and finally the gp came over and said that she was sorry but here they are , I never looked at it just scooted over to chemist and gave it in , she hande me a bag 1/2 hour later so when I got home and looked in the bag , the gp only gave me another box of test strips
so I have no Lancets for my new meter just have to use the old ones from old meter
why o why does nothing go soomtly for once
