Hi, I'm ;having my left carpel tunnel surgery done tomorrow afternoon, something which I will be glad to have over and done with.

Tonight, eating my supper, one of my crowns broke off. :( Luckily I didn't swollow it, but it looks as if some of the tooth that was left has snapped. I must confess I have'nt been to the dentist for ages, so I've got a feeling that my dentist take you off the registered list after 2 years and I think its longer than that! :( Even if I can get an appointment tomorrow, it may interfere with my hospital appointment, and that has to come first.

I don't know, I feel fed up, now. Still, I suppose it'll teach me for not going to the dentist. I look awful - its right a the frount and all you can see is the spike!!! Sorry whinge over! :)

    Hi Sue
Glad the carpel tunnel is happening tomorrow.
Shame about the tooth though. Poor you :( You'll have to keeep your mouth shut now :(
If you dentist has struck you off NHS direct will give you a list of who is 'taking on' NHS patients.
    Hand first - then tooth!
Seriously though good luck for tomorrow - I hope it goes well
    Take care

hope all goes well for you tomorrow.

sorry to hear about your tooth. If you get in touch with your local health authority they will be able to tell you where to get emergency help and/or where there are dentists taking on new patients.

glad you found the crown ...... the price my hubby had to pay for his last one made us really wince! at least they might be able to put it back for you.

    fingers crossed for you!
