    Hi justin :)

This question has been asked in the past so I will have a quick look and bump up any threads for you.

Hope you find a suitable pillow soon.

    Bye for now :D

Hi Justin, I tried all sorts of pillows in on in arthritis, if i have to honest nothing really worked and i can still be found swaping and changing my pillows most nights. I tried kneck supports but you have to stay on your back, Some to low some to high, some to hard and some to soft. The memory foam is not to bad but they can feel qite flat. I found slightly raising the the head of the matress and useing to pillows to make a slope slanting from head to shoulders helped lots but not ideal. My outher thoughts are just some good pain killesr for through the night but i dont like stuffing myself with the painkillers continually. I do find the kneck pain comes and goes sometimes i get a couple of weeks without and then it returns. Hope you find the solution Justin, Take Care

Thanks Colin i know what you mean about making the slope  it is a real pain everytime i go to bed the only best bit of sleep is when i actually go to bed and fall asleep for 2 hours then because of lack of movement wake up in agony then have to prop the pillows up (swap and change etc) then drift off again only to wake up 30 mins later with back pain  so then i have to lay down then fall asleep for another 30 mins then wake up with the neck pain gosh its so hardwork at nights as a result i am so tired in the mornings and through the day.

I have also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia which is suppost to make you feel tired etc. Its strange though you struggle all through the night then when the time comes to wake up you are so tired you want to just sleep but then when you are struggling through the night you are wide awake with the pain.

Getting out of bed in the morning though is quite painfull. Thanks again for the help

    Hi Justin

Check out the pillows on Ikea's website. They do various pillows for back, side and front sleepers. They have shaped ones too.
