    Hi val!

Hope you feel better soon after your "shop 'til you drop" yesterday. At least you bought something you like and it does lift one's spirits. Hope the morning exercises did the trick and you feel ok by now, well better than you did anyway.

Sun shining here and going out for lunch so got today sorted very nicely. :D:D Will see grand daughter later too, so all is good for me today. :D

    Luv

The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything.

If you can lay down at night knowing in your heart that you made someone's day just a little bit better, you know you had a good day.

    Hi Valval

I'm glad you had a lovely day shopping but sorry you're in pain now! Are you better? What was your top like? I love talking clothes!

I was the same last Monday - I just thought s0d it, I'm going to Alton Towers and just cope with the pain I get afterwards!

I'm pleased you had a good day and found something you liked, I never seem to find something when I need it and am under pressure. I love my trainers and was looking for a nice pair for my holiday. I got a lovely pair of retro adidas off ebay brand new £25!! They sell for £70. They are like pale blue velvet with beige velcro straps. I don't want to spoil them but admit I have sashayed round the house in them!

thanks 4 all your replies top sort of floaty in shades of blue with patches of yellow (sounds terrible) but truely lovely just what i had in mind just got to find a skirt to go with it wedding not till july did not want to put off looking as never know when flare up will happen. feel much better been doing some of the exercises on here they helping with the stiffness trainers sound great always on lookout 4 shoes 4 work as feet tend to swell and hurt (dont like us wearing trainers) so if any one out there knows of good not to expencive shoes let me know :) :?:
