The student physio did not know what to do with me!! Had three appointments, what a waste of time!! She asked me to warm my neck before doing my exercises and as I could not feel the pain, I strained my neck. It did hurt and had to resort to painkillers. Yesterday was my last appointment. She discharged me but kept it open for 1 yr. Apart from the pins and needles in my lt arm and stiffness and sore neck, I am coping fine without medication. She said no nerve damage. I must say there is some slight improvement with the pins and needles, it is possible I am getting used to them. She asked how many times I get them during? I have tried to count but gave up. Hope you are all coping well.

Hi Marie
Well is suppose it is good that they're keeping your apt open for you - so if it gets bad agin I take it it will just be a call to make an apt?.
I hope it continues to improve for you
Take care
