hi all u new users who have ostioarthritus i started with bad flare ups last nov. put off going doc as thought she would think it all in my head :oops: had to go in jan she said take ibuprophen (had blood tests three weeks in a row) as u can guess this did not help much she also gave meglucosamine/chond, still on this. in may changed me to naproxen as blood still showing inflimation (fingers feet and back still giving a lot of pain at time) guess what the tabs work 4 me nearly pain free can get shoes on
so stick with it when u get right medication 4 u life is so much better

thanks both of u dont know how long it will last but engoying every moment (still ache but can cope with that) having to remind myself not to over do it did few weeks back and set hands and feet off just as they were setteling down
so will b good rest often and enjoy
