Hi all,

just had my 1st lot of Humria delivered and wonder if anyone uses one of those can mini fridges to store theirs in. I live with my parents and it takes up space in the family fridge and was thinking maybe buying one to keep my humria separate. Didn't know whether the little mini fridges were reliable enough to store it in.

maybe worth checking with your rheumy nurse whether they know how reliable they are.

I know what you mean about the meds taking up valuable room in the fridge. Ours is tiny and when the weather gets warmer I somtimes need to put my MTX syringes in the fridge. They usually are ok but have to be below 25'C, so in very hot weather I have to chill my meds and let the lettuce wilt :lol::lol:

There was a thread some months ago that discussed mini fridges . Maybe worth youdoing a search of the threads for the fridges ones.

    hope that helps.

FYI I get 8 syringes at any one time so after delivery can have up to 10 in total.

If they came packaged sensibly then they would take up half of the actual space they do take up.

and yes ...... our fridge is tiny - blame the silly people before us who designed the kitchen!
