she was very good, going to do lots of bloods and xrays.
she asked a lot of Q and examined me.
she thinks it could be fibromyalgia, i googled it and i do seem to have a lot of symptons, i don't know if thats a good thing or bad if i have got it
The next wait is for my results, ill let you know when there in.

Hi Jenny
Sounds like she took you really seriously which is good.
Glad you have a possible dx, tha's good as you say you can find out more.
There are treatments available to fibro I know coz my ex m-in-law has it.
If people don't spot your message put a new thread titled fibro and the people who have it will post back.
You take care - I hope you feel ok annd are not sure shocked.

Hi Jenny
It is not a particularly good thing to have been diagnosed with fibro but there again at least you do have a diagnosis, unlike many on here who wait years and are still waiting and any arthritis is not particularly good news. At least things are moving forward for you and that is a good sign. You are being taken care of and that is a positive move in the right direction as well.
Good luck

Hi Jenny,
Sounds as though you have a good Rheumy and one that you get along with - that's so important.
I haven't got fibro but there are others on here who will help and advise - the main thing is that you're being listened to.
Take care.

Hi Jenny, sounds as though you had a good appt which is important. Do you have to wait for the results or did the rheumy advise a treatment plan for you?
Take care

Hey
Welcome to the site. I've got RA and Fibro. Glad you've got a potential dx. Don't worry if the doc's change their mind a lot about dx as it can sometime take a while for them to figure it out.
Glad the doc was ok though.
Take care,
Jen0
