Is anyone else suffering with spasms and 'jangling nerves' in their legs. What can I do about it? I have tried massaging, it hurts to walk, it hurts to sit, I've tried my new Tens M/c that doesn't work. It has made it worse.
The other week it was my arms, now it is my legs and it's driving me crazy.

It hasn't been hot today which normally sets them off. Help

    Hiya Joyful,
I unfortunately get these too and I've been told it's down to fibromyalgia. Don't know if you've been diagnosed with this? I basically just let it pass, haven't found anything to help ease the feelings. I get jumpy legs at night too which is very annoying.

    Hi again

As you can see from the time of this posting, it is the very early hours of the morning and I have woken to this problem. I get it when travelling in the car.

What I have found, that helps, is to eat a banana for supper.
Sometimes helps. Anyone else heard of this?

Sorry for sounding a bit clueless. . . what do you mean by jangling nerves? I have some very unpleasent pains in my legs and feet when I am sat down, especially in my left leg, and if the baby is sleeping on my lap.
