Hi Guys after 2 years of severe pain at last they gave me the anti ccp test and I am positive for RA and decided as 2 dmards did nothing to assess me for Humira . I am so excited as I have seen wonderful reviews about this drug. Just wonder how do they assess you? who does it I do have an appointment with my rheumy nurse 7 july at her injection clinic just wondered what happens after that as my rheumy mentioned I have to be examine by someone??

Thanks Bubbsie

    Hi Bubbsie

Look at the DAS score thread on the Helpline Zone - that may help you. I hope that is the sort of thing you were looking for
Scroll down the page and you will find it. I think scottishlass started the thread off there.

Hope all goes well for you. Always like to hear good news. :D

Just bumped up another thread that was on this zone. Hope it may be of some help to you.

    Have a good day! :D

    Luv
    Elna x

    Hi Bubbsie,
I'm going through the same thing at the moment, having been refused consideration before .... because of the cost!
I've been for one ccp test - going for the other next week, but in between time I've got to go to see a Chest Specialist ... 2 July actually and then the second ccp test on 13th. I'm keeping my fingers crossed because I have a heart valve problem now as well!!! Falling to bits.
Am torn between excitment and pure fear ... they'll have to 'knock me out' do the injection!!!
Let's know how you get on.

(Sorry I haven't been around much, guys ... I've just lost 3 cousins in a month and I've been pretty down)
