Well i have seen the consultant today for the results of my MRI.

As expected i suppose the bones are really thin and could see a fair bit of damage, including what looked like a hole which he thinks could be some bone that as come away from when i fell.

Thought i saw on the forum that they were fazing out arthroscopys but my consultant is doing both my knees at the same time.I have had one before and it helped loads so am hoping for the same.

So just got to wait till 23rd july as he is on holiday.(again lol)

Di x

Wishing you all the very best, Di. Not too long to wait. Let us know how you get on, won't you?

The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything.

If you can lay down at night knowing in your heart that you made someone's day just a little bit better, you know you had a good day.

    Hi Di

I hope the arthroscopies are a success for you. I had one knee done last Dec. and it has definitely helped reduce the pain, although I have been told that I will need a TKR because the OA is worse than they thought. Good luck!
