Back Aches & pains moan!!!

I don't know why, unless its this humid, damp weather today, but my spine has been aching like mad. I went to the shops and walked round a bit, but came home as the pain was so annoying! :(# and when go to sit down, I felt as if my spine would break! :shock: My right knee is swollen and painful, and today is the first time for ages thats given me trouble :? I suppose its the weather, we've just, as I'm writting this, got a bad shower starting.
Sorry to moan, its just sometimes easier than others to live with :wink: Love Sue

    You hardly ever moan so don't apologise - what are we all here for?
    Bet the back and knee are connected and the best thing for you is to get as comfy as you can (watch Murray on tv) take a couple of your painkillers and REST for today.

    Chin up Sue, sorry to hear your are feeling achey. For me, today's weather is a wonderful change, lovely and cool, to what it has been. Still got the aches, have them whatever the weather, to a greater or lesser degree. :lol::lol: You take it easy today and hope you feel better for the weekend.

    Thanks - I think I had overdone things this morning. But sometimes it feels as if I have to get on and do things, I hate giving in. I've been feeling a bit lost and wanting to go back to work this last week. I'll be OK now - its just I'm fed up with claims people! I am sorted for the moment, but it was a pain looking for a 2006 - 2007 P60, that they insisted was needed. found now!

    hi sue,i know how you feel my backs & hips are killing me.
    mine started on fri,but by mon it was unbearable,cracking,pain were ive not had pain before, all my muscles ache as if ive done a marathon. ive not overdone things either :? i did run out of zomorph sunday night & missed 2 doses til i picked up my prescription on monday,so that could have started it.its a litle better today,but i had to sleep on the sofa flat on my back last night as i couldnt lay on either side :x toooo painful.hope i can go to bed tonight as i had 4hrs sleep,went back to bed at 8.30 this morning & we had a thunder storm so im knackered.
    hope you start to feel better soon,i was hoping the warmer weather would help,but NO. sending you hugs (((()))) debsx

    Hi, I am much the same in this hot weather, everything aches but in particular my hands, I always thought that the hot weather would be better obviously not!! love Jaspercatxx

    Made myself do the hovering today as o/h has to work. School on Saturday Yuk.. anyway my hand is still sore and I am still achey but I feel better in myself today. Thanks very much everyone, yesterday was not a good day! :shock: :) Love Sue
