    Hi joyous

So glad your appointment went well. Isn't it the norm though when you get to these check ups. Inbetween, you are screaming and suffering, but when you get to your appointment, everything has settled down and you are feeling ok. Maybe it has been the sunshine that has helped you.

I bet you are angry about getting a stiletto into your foot. Make a claim? Get the ice pack out. Anyway joyous, hope you continue to improve and pleased your visi went ok

Hi Joyous - ouch!!! you poor thing getting trodden on - I know just how that feels  yee-ha for losing weight - I have to loose a lot and I know how much of a struggle it can be. I have the hospital rheumi appt on Thurs and as usual I will be sitting telling the nurse that I seem to be improving and the swelling going down after a month of swollen painful joints and crying during the night - but hey ho that seems to be the way my RA goes - no rhyme or reason and a will of it's own. have to smile or i'd be in a corner screaming :!: . Bye for now - Eileen x

    Hi joyous

I just want to add that I think you losing that weight is really good. Hope you can keep going and take at least another 3 stone off by Christmas. Think of the less strain on your joints.
