Hi Joan, the scooter is still giving me a lot of trouble, , I think the battery is running down , for it does not hold the charge well , I charge it up for 16 hours and only get a mile out of it.

thinking of writeing them a letter, and ask them to come over from England ( since they dont have anybody to repair it in Northern Ireland ) and check out the battery for me or if they wont do that replace the battery then.

    Hi Mike

Glad to hear the Hazel is being looked after by her rheumy. I do hope you get the help you need very soon. You are being extremely patient.

Hope you get your scooter sorted soon. You obviously cannot travel too far at the moment. It seems stupid to me that this English firm do not have a rep in Ireland to sort out the problem for you.

    Chin up,

    Luv

    Hi Mike

You are so supportive and caring for your family,
I admire you a lot, hope you can get better help
    soon for yourself.

I have a scooter too and can do quite a few miles
on an overnight battery charge so something sounds
    wrong with yours.

I would definitely be writing a strong letter to the
manufacturers or the supplier or the repairer, in fact
a copy to all three might just do the trick as you
dont seem to have had the scooter very long and to
me it seems faulty. Threaten then with Trading Standards - be
polite but get your complatint over to them and you should get some action.

Hope it works out for you.
