Got a new date for my THR whohoo!

Hi all, just thought I would share, Ive had a letter confirming 5 August for my THR date. Hopefully, I will be able to have my pre op done with my doctors, and it will save a 40 mile round trip, so fingers crossed. Third time lucky :wink: jk

    Hi,just to wish you all the luck in the world this time.They wouldn't dare cancel again.I am right that they have to treat you within a timescale from diagnosis I think.It must be at the far end of that scale now.
    Thursday I was saying to my hubby I wondered if you ever got sorted and here you are posting the answer,so now I am going to concentrate on the 6 numbers for tonight,you never know.
    If I had a big win we could have a big beanfeast at a central location for all us Arthurians and families.

    I am pleased you have your date, but as Linda said its right at the limit of the time before you need another pre opp. They really can't cancel you again and i do also wish you all the luck in the world.

    I won`t tempt fate by saying they can`t cancel it again, cos we all know "they" are a law unto themselves. HOWEVER, if they do, we`ll all converge on the place, waving our sticks, crutches, and anything else we can lay our hands on.

    Thanks all for your inputs, Lindah, yes they would dare, but if they do Im gonna officially complain, enough is enough! Mind you, I have thought of the swine flu, so you never no :wink: All bets are off this time, I never unpacked from last time, so it will be just another day, or maybe not :D jk

    Had my RTHR just over 3 years ago. Best thing I ever did :mrgreen:
