Methotrexate and Dentist

Hi all,
I need three extractions - one upper left gum, two bottom right
Years ago I used to have an IV sedation at my dentists, then he retired and my new one doesn't do them.
I've found one who does
but just wondering if now being on MTX will make any difference? Does anyone else on MTX have experience of sedation at the dentist?
