Sarah knows just how much Arthritis Care helps those of us with arthritis, and families and loved ones who live with us living with it! and has raised so much for AC. I will be popping onto her site tomorrow to raise the total a little higher.

Anyone else impressed by her courage & determination?

    It really puts things into perspective,here am I sitting thinking whether it's too cold to go to the pool this afternoon.

    A great achievement and hopefully an inspiration to us all.
