Yes I do, start the day off bad and then it gradually gets better during the day and then starts to be painful and stif towards bedtime - can only think that it is due to fatigue, so just get my trsty hot water bottle hot cos I find that heat therapy works for me.

I'm Like topkatt, first thing in a morning I wake stiff with pains in my arms fingers and neck but these ease once I drag myself out of bed and get moving. Throughout the day I get really tired around mid afternoon and start to ache again throughout the evening.
At least now I know why I feel this way.

This is perfectly normal for Rheumatoids, we start the day with stiffness, this eases and then as the goes on our joints start to tire, get sore and uncomfortable - we fall into bed at night and, I feel, bed heals and rests our joints ready to face the next day.
This is worse at the beginning of the disease and for spells as the years go on but it isn't like this forever. This is my experience anyway.
With Mtx I hardly ever feel like this anymore and that shows my RA is well under control.
Hope this helps.

Hi, I do the same with OA. As linda says I think its the joints getting tired! Its worse if I've done more in the day. Hope you have a good nights rest, it can be hard to get comfy, can't it?
