Going back to work

Hi everyone
Posted on here a couple of weeks ago as I was getting worried about going back to work after being off sick as my liver had flared up.
Well you were all right and I shouldn't have gone back to work yet, was back for a week, felt the usual tiredness and was getting twinges in my back again. Sunday morning I had to go to A & E as the pain was so bad in my back.sides and stomach, after 6 hrs in A&E the blood tests showed that my liver was worse than before. Was admitted to hospital and came out this afternoon, and guess what, it's nothing to do with RA, got gallstones now and an enlarged lymph node on my pancreas, got to go back for another scan and removal of gallbladder, what next............. more panic now over what work are going to say this time.
Anybody else had their gallbladder removed?
Hope you're all bearing up, love Kim xx

I had my gall bladder removed a few years ago. Went in one day surgery the next and out the following day, all done with keyhole surgery. I came home with one large stone in a small plastic container, it looked like a plum stone.
Good luck hope it all goes well for you.

Hi
Sorry to hear you've been so poorly with your liver, gall bladder and other problems. Never mind about work - they'll have to wait. You should be able to get a doctors certificate. Hopefully you'll start to feel better soon.
Take care and I hope everything else goes ok for you.
