Hi everyone ,hope your all having a good pain easy day,went to the nhs physio yesterday for exercises ,gave me level 1 pilates exercises for my OA of the spine told to do them 3 times a day,did them yesterday and this morning ,sufferin now [got to get worse before better maybe] i hope this anyway,we will see at least the flexi back relieves some of the aches ,osteopath on monday,cost s me a bloody fortune to get out of pain only wish it would last a bit longer,anyway ive moaned enough for one day ,everybody have a nice pain easy day out there.oh before i forget any body know how much a private mri scan costs ,doctor says he wont send me for one as i havent got any nerve damage [pain obviously not enough]

    sorry cant help would another doc send u do u think every one aloud second opinion :) . bet it expensive. how will it help u ?

    x rays say osteoarthritis/wear and tear/just want to make sure they havent missed something,probaly cluchting at straws,ivor

    Hi Ivor,

    I've just Googled the cost of a total MRI scan - one said £195 but you'll also be pleased to know that if you have it done at Harley Street - it's on offer from just over £4,000 to just under £2,000 :shock: ....stopped looking after that.
