It is just 03.05am. I cannot sleep. I've taken my sleeping tablets and all my other ones as well but I just cannot sleep. I have tried everything.

My OH is sleeping soundly and it is so quiet and very lonely. I cannot read as I cannot concentrate.

I thought of what Legs said a few days ago seeing if anybody else is on here durin g the night. It says there are 2 people I presume one is me so who is the other person?

It is a bit like being stranded island and you find a bottle and put a message in it hoping someone will find it.

So I'll try, Is there anybody there???

It makes it feel like a very long lonely night. Plus the extras thrown in (the pain)

I'm on sulfafasazine at the moment I do'nt think I'm sorted yet.
There's such a lot of the meds I cannot take because of other illnesses I have and the inter-ractions with one another.

I was only diagnosed in May and I was put on prednisolone. then the sulfa and in between injections of steroids ect. I've just had my
increase. So far I have not had any reaction with it .

I go to see th Rheummy doc on thursday so I might have a word with them. I don't like making a fuss though.

Are you getting sleepy yet? Has your Mars bar settled you?
    I hope so.
