Hello,

I have just had a good nights sleep, without waking in pain at about 4am. The Pain Clinic doc changed my tramadol to slow release tablets and so far so good. No problems yet!
Love Sue :)

    Hi Sue,

Glad they seem to have got that sorted for you. Do you take them before you go to bed? I can eat the normal tramadol like smarties to not real avail but maybe the long actors would be better for me to? I see the pain clinic next week and will ask her...... also plead with her to re jab my neck! You take care and i really hope they continue to give you a good nights sleep......... We need some of those now and then eh? Luv Cris x

Hi sue, that's great to hear. My Auntie with the Spinal Stenosis uses those and says they were the only meds to give her some sleep. I am on the normal ones, wonder if there is any scope for changing that? Will ask at the Pain Clinic on the 27th, thought maybe because I'm on so much that's how they'd never offered it. But I'll ask anyway!

So glad you have some relief at last, good to hear a nice story.

Hi, I take them around 10.pm, when I go to bed and then again in the morning around 9 am just before breakfast. I hope I'm not jumping the gun, but before I had them I'd been loosing a lot of sleep with pain waking me every time I moved or if I'd been in one position too long. The one I had this morning, I was worried i'D feel sleepy, but actually today I've had a good day, I think the pain makes me feel spaced out and tired! Fingers crossed.

As for the special physio appointment, I've not heard yet, I'm seeing my GP next week, so I'll ask her, shes good at hurrying things along.
    Love Sue
