Hi Val
Really happy to see such a positive posting from you and early in the day. You obviously got out of bed the right side today! You will have to do that tomorrow too
Thank you very much for sharing your positiveness with us. Do you know, as well as trying not to over do things it may also be because you have found so many new friends on here who all try and boost each other up and look for the good rather than the bad a lot of the time. With a little help from the meds too, of course 8) 8)
Speak soon,
Luv

Hello, I do believe that POSITIVE THINKING IS THE KEY and although I am a newbie i am not going to let this RA get the better of me. My theory is diet is number one importance and drugs reluctantly along the way also keep active. RA has been known to go into remission and that is what i have planned for dear old arthur as hes certainly not staying with me forever!
Take care and keep up the positivity

That's great news. Good days are wonderful. I had one last week and decided to paint the kitchen. Very spur of the moment.
Suffered the next day though0 -
