yesterday went out for the day and did not end up in pain. today got around at last to sorting out wall that was getting un safe been looking at it for months and could not do anything about it lol. this weekend tabs diet exercise all kicked in to give me some days of peace from the stiffness and pain (still there in back ground but that ok) keep pinching my self to make sure not dreaming do not know how long will last but still taking naproxan just in case not taking pain killers till need them. wish u all this feeling .
doc says i have mild oa but been in hands and lower bach then feet started playing up joints swelling very stiff and the pain well will not go there so just happy .past few weeks not even been able to walk into town 10 min away tut tut.

You take it steady, Val!! Don't wish to see a posting from you that you have overdone things. Bricklaying, whatever next!! You are a jack of all trades. aren't you? Any good at painting and decorating halls and loandings? Job here if you like. Hubby is perfectly capable but not at all keen, that is obvous. It is not getting done. I am useless with a paintbrush.
So pleased to read you have had a great weekend and a good week as well haven't you? Long may it last for you. Makes all the difference doesn't it?
Here's wishing you all the best for next week too.

It's good that you are feeling so well but I know when I thought it was ok to drop the paracetemols it came back with a vengeance. My doc explained that you need to keep taking them too on a regular basis as they build up in your system.
Hoping your feelgood factor is here to stay.

Hi
When I saw you topic 'laying bricks' I thought, like me, you were constipated!!!!!
Lots of garlic last night soon cured that. Oooohhh the relief.

While you are waiting for the next reprieve, Val, think on the memories of the good days you just had, they will return.
