urrrh!! had a difficult morning, I went off in to Durham City shops far too early, looking for a flaming bow tie for OH, disoite having my Dexter Doodle with me, I thought I was going to pass out on the bridge, the pain in my legs and knees were bad enough but then I got an acheing pain in my chest, I've had these pains on and off for a few weeks now, I did the NEVER DO THING and asked for help, the nearest person being a traffic warden, bless, he walked me back to my car, trying to cheer me up as we walked.
when I got back to the car I thanked him, and sat in my car for ages,
its been a funny old week for me, i'm trying to keep my Kill athur attitude, its be up and down, I,m off to Arena uk in Grantham tomorrow in a horse box for 3nights 4days so I hope I can keep him in check.

has any one else had these pains I,m taking tramadol, mtr, praiguin, thyroxine, celabishib, another tablet to protect my gut.
ventaflaxine,ellesolo.
is this lot similar to every one else, Ive had on or two steroid injections too, in my knees hands and shoulder. excuse the spelling

hi,this may seem so silly, but i only go out to the gps 2min drive then to chemist to collect my meds on my own.
my partner comes with me anywhere else we need to go.
i just seem to panic at the thought of it.
last time i went to gps then i walked to the chemist it was such hard work,i had to stop several times & sweat was pouring of me.
the physical effort of walking, for a normal person with no problems it would be a 5minute walk.it took me 15minutes each way  then i had to sit in the car for 10minutes before i could drive home.
im only 9n half stone, use cructhes.
im so glad you could ask for help & they were kind enough to help you.when i was at the chemist i must have looked bad as a woman came running over to open door for me,asking if i could manage.

Hi I'm sorry that you've had such a rotton day, but hope you feel better and enjoy the next few days. I take tramadol, and I OK, but we all respond differently. I think though, if you have pains in your chest, you should get your GP to check it over. Good job the traffic warden was their, I'm sure you would be able to get help, but its better to akk someone in Uniform!!!
Good luck, take care, Love Sue

    Hi Debbie,

Sorry I am late here, I really am sorry you have had a bad day and I hope you will enjoy the next few days. take it easy though and I hope the pain will back off for a bit.

In answer to your question about pain, i get pain that will black me out now and then, its horrible and doesn't give you any warning but I am lucky except once in tesco's I have only done it here

You take care and I hope you enjoy your selves. Cris x
