I injected myself for the first time today
and managed to prick my finger first because of my shakey hands  - blood everywhere but managed fine.
It didn't even hurt - I did expect it to at least smart a little bit so I was pleasantly surprised and feel quite confident about doing it next week - and no sick feeling so far so ......result!!
love and (((())))

Hi
I am really proud of you.
It takes some guts to get over your nerves. I felt like you myself at the beginning, but it's no problem now. Even I made a mess of it last week. Had to make up the bit spilt with a tablet.
Was quite a bit too. This week though, I got my OH to do it and he was so gentle.
Well done, don't forget to choose another place next week and don't forget your folic acid.
