are you not appealing then. :?:
debsx
Well i got turned down flat but obviously my situation has changed,by the way would i have to fill all the forms in again or can i just say i previously applied? :?:0 -
hiya,if your not appealing then yes you would have to fill the forms out again.
if you can get an appointment with cab or dial to help & try to get gp to write a report for you.
i was turned down, then appealed but stupid EMA dr that visited at home said''prognoses is good''for my appeal & i lost it.
i have OA,degenarative(get my drift)
so this time i got CABs help the DLA wrote to gp for report, result, high rate mobility Lower rate care.
you can down load the forms, but CAB can take upto 8wks for appiontment,so if i were you i'd ring for appointment asap.
any more help you need just ask.
i have read your story & this is the last thing you need more fighting eh!!!!
good luck,debsx0 -
I think its 3 months had to do this with incapacity benefit. when i was turned down first time the next time i got someone from dla to fill in the forms over the phone and the next time they decided to write to gp and i got it .
Maybe it will happen like this with u as i have heard they do turn down first time to a lot of people. I wish you the best with it and hope u get things sorted from joanneJoanne0
