ok got app. through from rhumy and have to take all meds am on and a sample what did u put yours in ?.also have started a pain diary what should i put in it

Hi Valval, you can get a sample bottle from the nurse at your local GP. I've often kept pain diaries, spreadsheets and the like, in my experience the Rheumy's don't take any notice of them anyway.0

Hi Valval
I used an old medicine (pills) bottle for the sample, just screwed the lid on tighter. I keep a pain diary too, use it to remind me of all my various symptoms (they're not always in the same place), how tired I was and what I was incapable of doing; eg bending down to put socks on, getting out of bed etc. Used it to take notes for Rheumy appt so I didn't miss anything out.
