How's your feet??

I have big problems with my feet.
My toes feel like they're curled up...although they're not, and the balls of my feet feel like I'm treading on lego...
Tried various insoles...memory foam, cork, trainer insoles....none have really helped cushion the impact of everyday walking. Yesterday at the local carboot sale, a guy was selling 'sorbothane' insoles. Being reckless I bought 2 pairs (£1 a pair).
They're brilliant.............oh such comfort..Made walking so much easier...

mine are painful to, sounds like the same pain you have, i found the only thing that helped was wearing trainers, my podiatrist told me to make sure the sole of any shoes i wear is a rocker type shape, the toe part goes up abit basically and since making sure every trainer i wear does that my feet have been much, much better.
i hate trainers as i always wore either dm boots or new rock boots, but sadly dm soles are the wrong shape and my new rock boots are to heavy and hurt my legs as well as my feet, grr arthur, so it's trainers or nothing now. glad you've found something that helps.

Mine hurt all day...horrible
Spot on with ' feeling like your standing on Lego'
Im seeing a podiritrist ( spelling??) and that is proving really good as he is customising insoles to help where the feet hurt most...
It took 6 months to see him but well worth it...
See ir your GP will refer you...

Hi Rob
Thanks for the tip - I'll look out for sorbothane insoles. I bought a pair of puma (velcro fastening) trainers 2 years ago and I practically live in them. I also bought a pair of Ecco shoes (heaven!) their comfy too (but pricey) - I keep these for smarter occasions - they're not glamorous but have padded insoles. I've given up on wearing my boots as they're just too heavy. I'm going to look for some zipped ankle boots to see me through the winter.
